We are the owner of all intellectual property rights in the service, including source code, databases, functionality, software, text, photographs and graphics.
Our content is protected by coyright and trademark laws.
When you send us a question, comment, suggestion etc. about the service, you agree to assign to us all intellectual property rights in such submission.
When you submit content inside your account, such as notes, results, images etc, you will be the copyright owner of that content. The content will be accesible for our staff, but only for technical purposes and/or support cases. The content can also be scanned to avoid copyright conflicts or illegal material.
The service is a SaaS (Software as a Service) with a recurring subscription fee.

If not cancelled, the subscription will automatically renew when your current subscription period ends.
